Job Description

Looking for a part time to full time lead generation analyst who can use our creative marketing strategies to find motivated sellers and set up appointments. Majority of daily tasks will be contacting lists via phone, email, or text. This position would be best for outgoing individuals.

You will have the ability to create your own schedule. Not required to work on weekends or Holidays, unless you choose.

Applicants must

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have access to a phone and computer
• Be computer proficient
• Some sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities - include, but not limited to:

• Daily cold calling to prospective leads by using provided lists and script
• Emails, texts, and mailers to provided lists
• Continuous follow up with motivated sellers
• Updating data in CRM software to track performance
• Determine viable leads
• Type or handwrite letters to potential properties
• Other Duties as assigned
